AEON Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Amity,” collects, handles, and stores your personal information with the highest regard to security.
Amity, in accord with the governing personal privacy laws and the Aeon Holdings Privacy Policy, will strictly regulate the processing of your personal information (name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) at the Amity branch schools and/or Amity Corporate Head Office and will not use any personal information that is collected from our customers for any purposes other than those listed below.
If there are any discrepancies between this Privacy Policy and the Aeon Holdings Privacy Policy, the contents of this Privacy Policy will take precedence.

Amity will not share or disclose any personal information it collects to third parties without the express consent of the individual. However, non-disclosure does not apply in situations where it is a legal obligation to provide your personal information, for example to government agencies such as municipal and city administrative offices.
If requested by the student or the student’s guardian, Amity will disclose to the individual any personal information that has been collected and stored, make corrections to inaccurate information, and/or cease the use of the personal information in a timely manner. The individual will be notified as soon as the requested actions have been completed.
Amity will strictly maintain the security of the personal information it collects and stores. Amity will take precautionary measures to prevent the loss, tampering, and unintentional disclosure of personal information. In the case that there is a breach in personal information, Amity will work to quickly rectify the situation.
