We are moving into the fall season. During the fall season the leaves start to change colors, from green to yellow and red. The change of seasons is a beautiful time. The weather starts to change as well. It will start to become cooler, so please make sure you have a sweater to keep warm.
In Canada, fall is very popular. During the fall period, pumpkin and chestnut flavored items become very popular. Many people decorate their house for the fall season. Using items such as pumpkins, leaves, and even spooky items like ghosts and monsters. Do you like to decorate for fall?

結果から、「今どんな英語の力が育っているのか」「次にどんな力を伸ばしていけばよいのか」を知ることができます。
ブロンズでは、複数のヒントを聞いて答えを考える力。
シルバーでは、会話全体を聞いて内容を捉える力。
ゴールドでは、まとまった文章を聞き、情報を整理しながら理解する力へとステップアップしていきます。
英検が**「今の英語力を確認するテスト」なら、英検Jr.は「育っている力と、これから伸ばしたい力を発見するテスト」。

Very Early Yonago
There has been evidence that Yonago was a thriving center of population as far back as the ice age.
Early primitive people have been inhabiting this area for a very long time; it is thought that humans have been living in Yonago for close to 25,000 years.
Early tools used for food and drink have been found in the city by Archaeologists as well as remains of food.
As the settlements in Yonago grew, so did its infrastructure. Small houses and warehouses began to form a village that would persist from the Jomon period into the Yayoi.
Signs of successful agriculture could also be seen as large rice patty fields could also be dated back to around this period

My name is Anna. I am very excited to be a part of Yonago Amity.
I am from Alberta Canada. It is super cold in Canada, so I am looking forward to some warmer weather.

A look at Yonago's Historic Castle
Yonago Castle was built in the 1400s atop a hill, much like many castles in Japan and around the world. The high vantage point was good for surveying the surrounding area and served as a natural defensive feature.
In the year 1880, the castle was dismantled and turned into the rubble we see today. Around this time many Castles would meet their demise due in part to the Meji Restoration. The historic Castle in Matsue also almost met this fate.
In my research I have found little information on the Castle. It has been reduced to a backdrop for Sakura trees, but we can only imagine the great sight it once was. These days there has been a massive local interest in the site. If you would like more information, I would recommend visiting Yonago Library.
