Our students have shown a great improvement this year! Two of them are twins and it has been a year of learning and growth for both of them!
One of them has improved her reading fluency and pronunciation this year. She now understands the basics of grammar and speaks more in class.
Her twin sister`s listening comprehension and speaking skills have also gotten a lot better! She can now correctly respond to questions more quickly
Also, both of them are always excited to do their workbook and drill book activities!
It has been an amazing school year, indeed!

One Year Progress of Our Kindergarten Student
Hello, everyone!
It's almost the end of the term, so we're about to give certificates to those who have finished the school year!
A kindergarten student who has been coming to Amity since she was a baby has made a big progress this year!
As a benefit of coming to Amity for years, she has learned a lot of vocabulary words and can easily recall those words that she has learned recently.
She already knows a ton of vocabulary and has strong listening skills.
As one of the older students in class, her classmate would look up to her and follow her lead during the drilling section.
Doing her homework right after the lesson has been a part of her routine.
She would usually do her homework at the lobby while waiting for her mom to pick her up after the lesson.

10th Grade Senior High school student passing the Pre-1st Grade Eiken
Good day!
I would like to share about my 10th grade Senior High school student. This student has been coming to Amity since he was a baby. With the support of his parents and teachers he is able to have an amazing time learning English here at Amity. This student has a bright personality and likes to ask questions on and off topic. At his age, he was already able to pass the Pre-1st grade of the Eiken. We were really happy and surprised. I guess the moral story here is that success does not happen overnight and I think with a lot of of hard work anything is possible!

I want to tell you about my second year high school student.
When she joined my lesson, we talked about why it's so important to learn English.
For her, learning English was one path to being successful. For this student, English is important
because it means she can connect with people all across the world.
She believed that the more people she connects with, the more chances of her success.
So each week, I would prepare a list of questions and then we would pretend she was meeting someone for the first time in a new country.
As a group, we spent 10 minutes asking each other "thought provoking" questions like:
"what is the best piece of advice you've ever received?" and "do you think we are better off without smart phones?"
After a while, my list wasn't needed. Both her and her classmate would prepare their own questions to ask each other. And each time, they would put a lot of thought in their answer!
