Happy Autumn Equinox!🍂🌗
Happy Tuesday, everyone!
On September 23rd, the length of the day and night are almost the same!
Do you know what an equinox is?
It is a natural event where the sun passes over the equator, the line that divides the Earth, from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere. Which means that places in the north, like Japan, will experience cooler seasons while those in the south, like Australia, will begin their summer season!
In Japan, many people enjoy the traditional sweet called "Ohagi" which has red bean and kinako! Yummy!
I am looking forward to eating some ohagi and enjoying the cooler weather!

Last week, in our kindergarten class we learned the question: "Do you have a...?"
We practiced saying different things like, a book, a pencil, a marker, a crayon, and a bag! The students all know what they are and can repeat the words very well!
They confidently asked each other: "Do you have a marker?" Then, they practiced the responses: "Yes, I do!" or "No, I don`t!" It was a lot of fun!
So, next time you forget your pencil at home, please ask your friend: "Do you have a pencil?"

新年度はYes！No！でしたが、年度の折り返し地点を迎え、
表現が増えたなと感じます💕
成長につれて言葉の発生もハッキリしてきました✨
