Last week, our kindergarten students practiced using the phrase "What is this?" in the lessons. We had various topics including animals, fruits, and shapes! Many students enjoyed guessing which is which!
They repeatedly practiced saying "What is this?" "Its a fish!🐟" "Its a pineapple!🍍" "Its a big circle!⚫"
If you don`t know the name of something, please use the question phrase: "What is this?" and point 👇 to the item!
For example, if you are at a restaurant and you don`t know the food in the menu, you can say: "Excuse me, what is this?👇"
