After raining for two weeks, the weather has been extremely hot this week.
How do you beat the heat?
For me, I make sure to drink plenty of water and other cold drinks. I especially like drinking cold sports drink.
I also try to carry cool wipes with me so I can use them to help me keep cool.
At home, I try to eat cold food like ice cream.

It has been raining a lot lately.
