How to beat the heat with food 🌞
While shaved ice (Kakigori) is one of the most popular desserts in Japan to beat the heat, other countries have their own way to beat the heat with food.
In Spain, they eat cold soup called Gazpacho. It is made from ingredients like tomatoes and cucumbers.
In China, instead of eating cold food, they eat spicy hot soup. This makes peoples sweat to cool their bodies down.
In Korea, they eat a cold noodle dish served with ice cubes called Naengmyeon.
