We are now in the year 2024. How exciting! February will be coming up soon and do you know what that means?
It will soon be
Valentine's day! It will be a day of fun, love, and caring!
Here at Gifu Amity we will be celebrating Valentine's day all month long so come join us for our Valentine's day seminar.
We will learn Valentine's day vocabulary
chocolates, a letter, cupid...
do Valentine's day activities
find cupid, valentine's matching....
And a Valentine's Day craft

Happy New Year everyone!
I hope everyone had an amazing New Year's eve and New Year's day.
In America, we celebrate New Year's Eve with a party! We have fun dancing, lighting fireworks, and enjoying eating barbeque.
We finish off New Year's Eve with a count down to the next year.
We also think of a new year's resolution. It is a goal we set to achieve before the next year.
Some people wish to lose weight or some people wish to be more productive. Do you do something like that in Japan?
In Japan, many children recieve money from their parents and relatives. How lucky! We don't have such tradition in America.
Next year is also the year of the dragon! How exciting!
So farewell to 2023 and I hope 2024 will bring bigger and better things!
