Hello everyone!
It is Wednesday again and I hope you are enjoying the day!
Last week I had a conversation lesson with my lower junior high students.
We talked about their dreams and goals in life.
I asked one of my students "What are you going to be when you grow up?"
He replied " I am going to be a pro soccer player and I like playing soccer everyday."
How about you? What are you going to be when you grow up?

"Have you ever been to the fish market in Tokyo?"
Yes, I have/ No, I haven't.
One of my students asked me "Have you ever been to Disneyland?"
I simply replied "No, I haven't."
How about you? Have you ever been to Disneyland?

They practiced asking each other "Can you speak English?"
Everyone said "Yes, I can!"
One student asked me "Teacher, can you swim?"
I smiled and honestly said "No, I can't."
How about you? Can you swim? Can you speak English?

They practiced asking and responding to each other "What can you do?" "I can swim!"
One of my students cheerfully asked me "Teacher, what can you do?"
I replied with a smile "I can skip!"
