The other stone for the month of March is the bloodstone. Despite it's scary name, it's a beautiful stone. Dark green with shade of blue and spots of bright red popping out, thus the name, bloodstone.

Blood stone is also really great for cleansing the blood and is a powerful healing stone. It detoxifies the body and heightens intuition as well as creativity.

This stone will revitalize you as well as draw out negative energy and ground and protect you.

Aquamarine is known for it courage, communication and stress relief abilities. It can also lead to more compassion and intuition. It's a calming stone that can bring in abundance.

This stone can aid the release of anger and boost courage when you need it most.

The March of course has two flowers but the second one, the Jonquil is also a daffodil. Instead of 6 white petals it has 6 yellow petals with an orange trumpet. They are both apart of the Narcissus family.

But while all daffodils are jonquils, not all jonquils are daffodils.

These flowers have slightly different meanings centering around creativity, success, and renewal.

Do you like daffodils? I hope you do because this beautiful flower is the birth flower of March. They can come in a few different colors but are primarily six white petals with a bright yellow trumpet in the middle with long stems.

Daffodils are names after Narcissus the son of Cephissus, who in greek mythology was a river god. According to mythology  Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection in the water and when he fell in the pool and drowned, a daffodil bloomed where he died.

Daffodils are seen as rebirth since they are one of the first flowers to bloom in spring

The other half of the march zodiac signs are Aries

Aries are fire signs with the symbol of the ram.

Aries are bold, energetic, charismatic passionate lively and driven by their heart. They are fun to be around and often described as intense.
