5 Crayons!

Hello everyone.

This week our students are learning the sentences "How many crayons are there?"

The students count the number or crayons and respond, "5 crayons!"

The students did very well with counting and the played many games with counting that they had a lot of fun with.

It was a very fun class this week!

What do you want to be?

Hello everyone!

Last week in the P8 JC class we practiced asking "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

We learned new job vocabulary such as "a nutritionist", "a publisher" and "a film critic".

I asked my student "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

They responded "Well, I used to want to be a lawyer when I grew up, but now I want to be an illustrator."

Great answer! Good luck with your goal!

Let's Make Spaghetti! 🍝

Hello everyone!

Last week in the Baby C class, we practiced cooking dinner!

The storybook lesson was Mommy and baby making spaghetti noodles and sauce.  🍝🍝

We practiced phrases such as "Let's cook the noodles!" and "I want pasta!"

The babies used yarn for spaghetti and felt for pasta sauce!

Great work babies!

This week our P3 students did an amazing job.

We learned counting and learned some new number.

Our students counted up to 20!

I would tell the students "Let's count to 17."

The students responded "OK 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17.

We practiced asking "What do he/she do in the afternoon?" and responding "He/She walks home from school."

Hello everyone!

Last week in the P1 classes, we practiced our colors!

We practiced orange, pink, red, yellow, and green 🎨.

We also matched fruits to their respective color.

For example, I held a banana🍌 and asked "What color is this?"

The student responded "Yellow!" 💛💛

Great job!

We used the countries we learned about last week and changed the words for nationality.

People from South Korea are Korean.

People from Japan are Japanese.
