２０２３年度第２回実用英語技能検定５級・４級が、10/8（日）にアミティーで実施されました。
そして、受験された全員が合格しました！
３級以上を受験の生徒は、明日が二次試験ですね。

Was it just me or did everyone miss the cool dry weather? The sticky months are finally over and now we can enjoy the autumn breeze. I started putting my summer outfits away and taking out my fall outfits. I also started eating my autumn favorites such as sweet potatoes and pumpkin soup. I am very excited to see the changing colors around. Fall used to be my least favorite season, but now I am starting to appreciate it after the sweaty season!

In Japan many foods are flavored Sweet Potato, but in America many food is flavored Pumpkin Spice! Smells good!

When we say fall, we think about pumpkins, right? We see a lot of pumpkins as a famous decor in the restaurants, malls and cafe. But do you know "Pumpkin Spice Latte" is one of the famous drink in starbucks during fall season. I think it's so popular because we easily think about Fall and it captivates the season appropriately aside that it taste really good. I'm excited to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I can't wait for fall.

In Japan many people eat Persimmons in the winter, but in America many people like Apples and Apricots in the winter! Yum!

I think Autumn decorations are the prettiest. When going to the shops, autumn has the most beautiful decorations. The ambiance is so cozy and you just feel comfortable. There's a cafe that I really like to go in Omotesando, Tokyo especially for autumn just because of how well they decorate their place. It captures the season of fall and their seasonal drinks and food are delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The name of the cafe is Nomu Cafe (Nicolai Bergmann). So if you have time, you can check it out especially on November. I highly recommend it.
