1月から始まった英語ストーリー作品展。
小学1年生から3年生までの生徒さんが、毎週こつこつ課題図書の書写をして提出してくれました。
今週がそのラストのページです。
みなさんのびのびと、楽しんで書き写しをしてくれていて、眺めているだけでほっこりします。

Congratulations to all of the students who passed their EIKEN test! The interview tests will be conducted in the coming weeks, so please come to Amity and sign up for extra lessons for interview practice. We can show you how the interview goes and give lots of great advice on how to understand the questions you might hear. Good luck!

In our P4 course, the students are learning how to use the expression "used to like~". We talked about things that the characters from the book like doing when they were younger, but now, not anymore. For example, our character Toshi: "He used to like playing with toy cars." For our character Yumi: "She used to like playing with dolls." These are things they like doing when they were 4 years old. How about you? What did you use to like to do when you were a kid?

Last week our younger students had a fun time singing the ABC song. They like to make the shape of the letters with their bodies as they sing, and they do a great job saying all of the letters in rhythm. Students always look forward to singing the ABC song!

高学年クラスでは先週、「Have you ever been to 〇〇〇？」と今まで行ったことがあるか、また何回行ったことあるかとみんなで英語で話しました！USJやディズニーランドもですが、さすが広島！マツダスタジアムや宮島は“Many times!”と笑顔で答えてくれました♪ 私がまだカープの試合を見たことがなく、“Never”と伝えると、すかさず“WHY？”と英語で答えてくれたKくん！いつか”Once”といえるように願ってます！ （H）
The students in our P3 course is now learning about asking the question "Where is~?". In class, we are trying to look for different items in and out of the house (for example: bed, bathtub, stove, tree house, and sofa). The students did a fantastic job at asking "Where is the bed?" and aswering "It's in the bedroom!". We also played some games trying to find the items in different rooms in the house.
