It seems like the automatic response to the English question, "How are you?" is "I'm fine. Thank you, and you?" Today, let's learn how to respond to the most basic conversation-starter question: How are you?
You can use the following phrases and/or sentences below to make your answer unique, original, and sincere:
I'm good. I'm great. A good replacement for "I'm fine."
Not bad. It sounds a bit negative, but this can mean you feel okay.
I feel better. You can answer like this if you had some problems that were solved.
I'm hanging in there. You can answer like this if you are having a challenging day.
