😵Onomatopoeia💫

Hello Everyone! I hope you're doing well! Today let's learn about Onomatopoeias!

Onomatopoeias are words that help describe how something sounds. In English, we use onomatopoeias in comic books, novels, and sometimes in our daily speech. We use them for machine noises, animal sounds,  voice sounds etc. Here are a couple of examples:

  • Snakes go "hissss".

  • Guns go "Bang!"

  • Dogs go "bark!"

  • Water goes "splash!"

What do you think? When you're reading english texts, make sure to look out for onomatopoeias!

🤔What are your dreams? 💭

Hello Everyone! I hope you're doing well! Today let's talk about our ✨dreams✨.

The word "dream" has two meanings. One means the stories that your brain makes at night, the other means goals and aspirations. When someone asks you "What are your dreams?", they often mean "What do you want to do in the future?".

My dream is to speak Japanese and Korean fluently one day. I also dream to own a house and a business. When life looks a little sad and bleak, many people like to remember their dreams in order to give them motivation.

So, what are your dreams?
