Yesterday our parent-observation week started for our P1-P3 classes.
A P2 student helped her mom with English!
Mom picked a mushrooms card when she should have picked a cucumbers card.
The student helped her mom find the cucumbers card.
It was very funny and showed great English!

ヒント☆彡アイスクリームは置いておくとどうなりますか？
「こっちはかたまり(量)で、こっちは数(個)だね」と、
素晴らしいことに大半の生徒さんが数え方の違いに気が付きました！

What Color Do You Like 🖍️
Hello everyone!
This week our P2 students practiced their colors!
We reviewed colors such as pink and yellow 🖍️🖍️
We also learned new colors light green 💚 and light blue 💙
I asked one of my students "What color do you like?" and she said "I like pink" 💗💗
She then asked me "What color do you like?"
I like green!

先日、小学校高学年のクラスにて数えられるor数えられない名詞につける表現（量について）を学習しました！
a little/ a few（少しの） どちらが「数えられる」名詞につけられるでしょうか！？
正解は… a few でした！！
先日のクラスでは全部英語での説明にもかかわらず、4人の生徒さんが数えられる（countable）数えられない（uncountable）の意味を理解し、上手に使い分けて発話ができておりました！理解できるだけではなく発話にも繋げられることができていて大変感心しました✨
では、質問です！many/much（多くの）はどちらが「数えられる」名詞につけられるでしょうか？

This week on Wednesday our students did their Copy Chat lessons.
Our P3 class on Wednesday learned about different animals and the baby version, rabbit and bunny!
Our students did very well learning this lesson.
They listened to an audio and answered questions in their Copy Chat books!
This is not easy for our P3 students so we are very proud of them for doing their best!

英検ジュニアの試験がんばりましたね！
英検ジュニアでは動物や物の名前などいろいろな単語が出てきます。
これって今後役立つの❓
役立ちます!!
高校のグラフを使ったリスニング問題の中に parrot(オウム) や wolves(オオカミの複数形)が出てきたそうです。
実はこのような身近な物の英単語を知らないあるいは聞き取れない中・高校生もいます。
会話レッスンで無理なく単語量を増やしていきましょう！

寒くなってきましたが、皆様お元気にされていますでしょうか。
さて、アミティー小学校高学年クラスでは前置詞の勉強をしています。
in, on, underなどの基本的なものだけではなく、in front of, behindなど少し難易度が高いものにも挑戦していただいています。
４年生のクラスで、Where is the post office？に対して、It’ｓbehind the flower shop.という風に位置関係も完ぺきに発話できていたことに感心しました！引き続き沢山練習をして、前置詞マスターになりましょう！

This week at Matsue Amity we are not doing our lessons.
We are having times for our students to practice for all the English tests coming up.
Students have been doing a great job and working extra hard to make sure their English is amazing!
Many students are practicing for interviews and listening tests!

レビューは英語で書くと” Review ” です。
意味は復習なので、そのユニットのレッスン１～３の復習をする週です！
