Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all well.

It's almost halloween and all the students are very excited!

Today we had a session where we made halloween decorations.

Students x and y came dressed in cute princess dresses as their costumes.

Students x made a pumpkin and student y made a ghost.

The students had a lot of fun during this session we also sang along to hallooween chants.

Hello everyone!

This week, our P5 students learned a great sentence to practice with many things.

We used our vocabulary from last week, "practicing magic, studying calligraphy etc." and used it in a new sentence.

We practiced time "last year, last week, January" and used the word "since" to show when we started something.

We practiced, "How long have you been practicing magic?"

"I've been practicing magic since January."

The students got to use this sentence with things they do which made the sentence very interesting for the students and showed they understand!

日曜日は2024年第2回の英検が実施されましたね✨
松江校でも沢山の生徒の皆さんが受験されました！お疲れ様でした😊
受験日までに積み上げてきた英語学習は必ず皆さんの力になっています！引き続き一緒に英語を学んでいきましょう🙋‍♂️

先週の中1文法のクラスでは、過去のある時点でしていた動作を伝える「過去進行形」を学習しました。
形としては「was/were＋動詞のing形」なので、be動詞の過去形に注意が必要です💡
動詞のing形に注意しているとbe動詞を書き忘れる、、という場面もいくつか見られましたが、皆さん上手に文を作れていました💮

気温の低い日が続いていますので、体調にお気を付けください🌛

In one of the lessons today we were practicing how to speak to consultants
about repairing electronic devices.
The students did very well and had fun in class.
One of the students mentioned an old TV gaming device and all the students burst into laughter cause they had all forgotten about it because its an old game.

今日は10月からアミティーで英語を始めたSちゃん(3才)の初レッスンでした！
体験レッスンの時も上手に先生の真似ができていましたが、今日は全ての英語を真似していえることができました☆すごい！！幼少期から英語を始めると日本語を習得する順番と同じように吸収できると言われていますが、今日のレッスンで「ほんとにそうだ！」と実感できました☺これからも楽しく英語に触れていこうね♪♪

Today in one of my high school  classes we were discussing what they would like to change in the world.

student x said she would like to change the air pollution.

student y said she would like to stop the wars that are currently happening.

I was so happy to hear them form complex sentences about things they are passionate about.
