"Let's eat cereal for breakfast."
"OK, that sounds good."

This week's lesson for P3 students focuses on making choices and suggestions on what to eat for breakfast.
It also teaches them the right way to respond. Cereals, eggs, pancakes and breakfast are some of the vocabulary words that our students learn from the lesson.
It is definitely one of the engaging lessons to teach to our students this week.

本日は中3文法レッスンの内容をご紹介します♪
今週の中3文法レッスンでは、テキストの高校入試対策問題に取り組みます。
並べ替え問題や長文問題を解きながら今までに学習した文法事項を振り返り、確認します。
テキストでは高校入試の問題で問われやすい問題を扱っています。
公立高校の入試まであと少しです！
中学校３年間分の内容をしっかり復習し、合格をつかみましょう！

Hello everyone!

Junior high school students in Amity take Private lessons and group lessons.
I want to tell you about one of my students in a group lesson!

He started studying in Amity when he was in the second grade of elementary school. He has been in a group lesson since then.
I taught him for the first time. I was surprised how fast he could memorize words and speak short to long sentences.

Last year, he passed the 3rd Grade EIKEN test and the Pre-2nd EIKEN test! He also took the TOEIC Bridge test. His scores were great!
He shows great motivation to study English more!

I am looking forward to seeing more improvements in him!

Good afternoon!

Let me tell you about a 5th grade student who is taking private lessons at Amity.

She's has been studying at Amity since she was a 2 years old.
She lived in America as a baby, then, when her family returned to Japan, they brought her here to study English.

We often have discussions about Disney shows and movies in English, talking about those stories and characters.
At Amity, she has improved her use of grammar when speaking and writing, so she is able to communicate her thoughts clearly.
Recently, with her high level of English she has passed the Eiken Pre 2nd grade test and is getting ready for the 2nd grade test.

She is fun to talk with.

アミティーの中学生のレッスンには外国人会話、文法、インタラクティブ、英検対策など多数のレッスンがあります！
本日は中2文法を紹介いたします♪

今週の文法テーマは「分詞」です。
皆さんに質問！「眠っている赤ちゃん」を英語で何と言うか知ってますか？
分詞を使って表現でき、"a sleeping baby"と言います。

分詞には現在分詞、過去分詞の2種類があり、
知っていると長文読解が得意になったり、英作文にも使えます！
現在進行形や受動態との見分け方が難しいと言われる単元ですが、例文を使ってしっかり説明します。

また、アミティーの文法レッスンは毎回単語テスト（10個）があります。
単語を覚える週間が身につきます。

Hello everyone!

There are a lot of junior high school students in Amity.
I want to tell you about one of my amazing students!

She's 14 years old. When she first started, she was kind of quiet, but she knew English from before.
While she could read and write just fine, answering stand-alone questions was hard for her.

Now, she can answer simple questions I ask her! I can ask her how school went, or what she did over the weekend, and she is able to answer! We can have simple conversations, now.

I am glad to see this big improvement in her!

2、3月の小学４～６年生の日本人クラスでは、

Which does he like better, English or music? 　He likes English better.
Who wakes up earlier, Ken or Emily? 　　Ken wakes up earlier than Emily.

のように、中学1年生が学習をする動詞にsをつける三人称の練習をしています！
前期にも違う表現で学習をしてますが、違う単語や場面で練習をすることで
使いこなせるようになっていくレッスンになっています♪

2，3月の小学1～３年生の日本人クラスでは、"want to"を使った文の発話練習をします。

「～がしたい」という表現は汎用性が高く日常会話、旅行でも頻繁に使うことができます。
小学生低学年クラスではIを使った一人称から、she, heの三人称まで、肯定文、否定文、疑問文を３週間かけて丁寧に学習し、4週目は復習です。
外に遊びにいきたい時、英語で言って家の人を驚かせましょう！
