You can use this word when describing something or someone that is different from everything or everyone else.

Summer is always the best time to do all the fun things we have in mind. The sun will be out and our imagination's limitless, we just need to take action and make it happen. 🌟

So, what are your plans for this summer? 🌞 Most of us go on a trip, make sandcastles in the beach, or have barbeque party in our backyard. Those activities sound so much fun and I have another activity you could add on your list, but I need you to activate your imagination first. 🪄 Ready?

Imagine yourself on an adventure where you can be anything you want to be! Name it and we got you! 🧙 Do you wanna be a pirate on a quest to find the treasure chest island? 🔎 A wizard who needs to defeat a dragon?🧙 Or a princess with magical powers? 👸  This list is never ending. 🤩

Here at Camp Amity, we embrace all the creative and out of the box ideas you have. ✨ We let you be who you want to be,  as long as you let us help you. 💖

We'll go on a quest together while learning and building one of the most powerful weapon ever, knowledge. 🎇

In each adventure we do, you'll learn new words, places, sounds, songs, and they're all in English which makes it super extra awesome. 🌈 

That sounds  a lot, right? But always remember, you are magical and you have the power to better yourself each day, we have so much faith in you! ❤️‍🔥

In addition to that, you're not going to do it alone! You might meet new wizards or princesses too! But if you want a solo player quest with me as your mentor, that's alright as well! 🫶

学校の宿題、塾の宿題、試験の勉強…
やらなくてはいけないけれど、理由をつけて先延ばしにしてしまう…

親としてはついつい「宿題やったの？」「勉強しなさい！」と声をかけがちですが、実はそれって逆効果。
子どもたちが「今やろうと思っていたのに！」と反発してしまう原因に。

そんな時、ご家庭での学習のやり方としておすすめなのは、親も一緒に勉強すること！

子どもたちはいちばん身近な大人、つまり親をモデルにしながら、いろんなことを学んでいきます。
勉強をしてほしいと思ったら、親が勉強をしている姿を見せることが一番です！

「いっしょにやろう！」「わからないことがあったら聞いてね」と声をかけてあげてあげたり、
「〇〇くんの１ページと、ママの１ページどっちが早く終わるかな」とゲーム性を持たせてあげたり、
勉強＝楽しいことと認識させてあげると、子どもたちは行動に移しやすくなります。

習慣になるためには三週間程度必要と言われているため、
まずは一か月を目標に頑張ってみましょう✨
