２０２５年２月某日、アミティー春日井校のとある小学校高学年クラスの片隅にて、壮絶な議論を巻き起こしている問題がある。
それは「小学校高学年、What time do you take a bath？(風呂入るの何時？）」
レッスン内の少年が8:45に入っていたが、それを見た４年生と５年生から一斉に「遅すぎ！」の声が！
しかし先生が小学校高学年だったのは数十年前の話。もはや正解がわからない。
クラス全員に"What time do you take a bath?"と問いかけて最も多いのは7:00-7:30のあたり。なるほど、レッスン内の少年はかなり遅いのかもしれない。
しかしその後、就寝時間に関しては９時台～１１時台までと、それぞれの生徒でかなりまばらであった。
小学校高学年としての理想のスケジュールは一体どんなものなんだろうか！？
なお、先生はとても一生懸命はたらいているので、寝る時間は２３時です。
ぜんぜんゲームとかはしてません。
Did you know? 💡” These” versus “Those”
“These” is the plural for the word “This”
“Those” is the plural for the word “That”
We use “these” when referring to items that are near. 🫳🫴
For example, you can hold 3 books in your hands and say “These are books.” 📚
We use “those” when referring to items that are far away. ➡
For example, if you see pictures on a wall, you can point to them and say “Those are pictures.” 🖼️🖼️
Our younger students are learning the difference between “these” and “those” this week.

今週の幼児クラスのレッスンではwant「ほしい」という表現を学びました。
２つアイテムを選びどちらが欲しいかクラスのみんなでたくさん質問をしましたね。
例えばWhich do you want, ice cream or chocolate cake?と聞くとほとんどみなさんアイスクリームを選んでいて、アイスクリームファンが多いというあたらしい発見がありました！
先生が同じものをほしいと言うと、やったあ！！とすごく喜んでくれて先生もうれしかったです😊
これからもレッスンを通してみなさんのことをもっと教えてくださいね♪

E-mail week is a chance for our students who take Interactive classes to write an e-mail to the teacher of their choice. 📝
E-mail Weekとは、パソコンクラスを受講しているみなさんがアミティーの先生にお手紙を書ける週のことです！
Of course, the e-mail is entirely in English! 🔤
もちろん、文章は全部、英語ですよ！！

A New Year’s resolution is a promise to yourself to do or achieve something in the coming year.
新年の抱負は、その年に何かをする、または達成するという自分への約束です。
For example, my New Year’s resolution is to travel to lots of places and try new foods! ✈️ (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑)
例えば、私の新年の抱負は、たくさんの場所に旅して、新しい食べ物に挑戦すること！
