Flores de Mayo (Flowers of May) 💐
In the Philippines, people can see a lot of towns covered in flowers for the whole month of May. Flores de Mayo, or "Flowers of May," is a tradition or a festival celebrated in the Philippines to honor Mary, the mother of Jesus in the Christian religion, by giving her beautiful flowers throughout the month of May.
It's a month-long celebration and like a big party with prayers, processions, and colorful decorations, all to show the love and appreciation for Mary.

Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon that follows the March 21 equinox. Easter is then calculated as the first Sunday after that full moon. Therefore, if the full moon occurs on a Sunday, Easter will be celebrated the following Sunday, pushing it further into April. In 2025, the first full moon after the March 21 equinox is on a Sunday, which means Easter is celebrated on April 20.
On Easter, kids and even adults can enjoy a variety of activities including egg hunts, decorating eggs, making crafts, playing games, and enjoying Easter meals. These activities can be tailored to suit different age groups and interests.
