先週の休校週にセミナーレッスンで父の日のカードづくりをしました。
先生と「What color does your father like?」
とお父さんの好きな色や物についてお話をしながら作りました。
He likes fishing！など英語でお父さんの紹介ができました。
お父さんについて話すときは
Heを使う、動詞に三単現のｓが付くなど、
学んだことが会話でしっかりできていました😊

What is something you often do?
Hello, everyone!
Its another fun week of learning English here at Amity! This week, our junior high school students learned about different adverbs of frequency like: normally, regularly, frequently, often, occasionally, seldom, rarely, hardly ever.
The students shared about things that they often do like study English at home, do homework, go to cram school, or things that they hardly ever do like sleeping late, eating spicy food, or being late for school.
What is something that you often do? I often go to bed late!!🥱

お天気が描かれた窓のおもちゃを先生が出した瞬間に歌い始めて、先生も保護者の方もびっくり😲
日本語を通じなくても状況で理解して反応できるBabyクラスならではですね♪

Students are Doing Great at Open Conversation 🗣️
Hello everyone,
We have been practicing a lot of open conversation with P5-P11 students recently.
They have been doing amazingly well at making conversation. Their listening skills are so impressive and they manage to answer a variety of different questions. This can be the most difficult part of learning a language and it takes courage!
Well done students! You are getting more fluent with each practice! 👍

Parent observation lessons (Sankanbi) start next week from June 17th to June 28th.
Here are some phrases you can use during the lessons:
"Good job" to praise your child.
"Push the button" to give directions for activities.
"Here you are" to pass things to each other.
"Thank you" when you receive something.
"Nice try" to give encouragement when an activity is failed.
We are really looking forward to including you in our lessons. See you next week and the week after!
