少しずつ単語が読めるようになってきていますね、
素晴らしいです、お家でもコツコツ頑張っている成果ですよ！
読む力が高まれば、英会話でレッスンでも単語や文が覚えやすくなりますので、
引き続き、頑張っていきましょう。

This week our kindergarden students (P3) are learning the days of the week!
They will learn how to ask the date e.g. "What day is it today?" and how to respond!
Response: "It's Friday."

毎週レッスンに来た際に「できたよ！」と見せてくれて、先生もとても嬉しいです！

Did you know that today (July 10th) is the independence day of the Bahamas?!
Independence means freedom from control. The Bahamas was once controlled by the British Royal family.
They gained their freedom on July 10th 1973 (50 years ago today).
Lets wish the Bahamas a 'Happy Independence day'!

低学年クラスでは、Whose ○○ is this?/It's mine. It's yours. It's ○○'s.の文を練習しました。
今週は参観日もありましたが、生徒チーム・保護者チームに分かれて誰の物か当てるゲームをしながら練習していきました。お父さんお母さんに勝つぞ！という気持ちが強く、みんな真剣に取り組んで頑張ってくれました☆

This week our junior high (7th graders) are learning how to ask someone about their future plans.
For example:
"Where are you going to live?" "I am going to live in the city in Vancouver."
"What are you going to do in Rome?" "I am going to be an actress."

TOEIC/TOEIC Bridgeを受けましょう！
アミティーでは年2回、8月・3月に中高生を対象にレベルチェックとして、TOEIC/TOEIC Bridgeのテストを実施しています。
TOEICはご存じの方も多いと思いますが、アミティーではまず学生になじみ深いテーマを扱ったTOEIC Bridgeを受験して問題形式に慣れ、スコア80以上とれたらTOEICに移ります。
英検とは違うスキルが求めらるので大学入試や高校入試に対応できる力を高める上でも、中高生の皆様は積極的な受験をお願いします。
Today is International Plastic Free day! This day was created to spread awareness about the danger and harm that using plastic products (e.g. plastic bags, plastic bottles etc.) has on the world.
Celebrate the day by not using any plastic today! :)

Friday is the start of the Amity lesson week. So today we are on lesson 4 of Unit 3! That means it's revision week! We will go over the language from lesson 1, 2 and 3 and have a small listening test at the end of the lesson!
