I hope everyone has had a relaxing weekend.
Today, P6 will be learning all about travelling to cities in different countries.
“Where are you going to in Spain?”
“I’m going to Barcelona.”
This is a very interesting topic to me, because I love to see new places. Have you ever been to a city in another country? What did you see and do there?

What Did You Do Yesterday?
Hello, everyone!
Next week, our P5 students will be asking “What did you do yesterday?”
They might say:
“I played the piano.”
“I drew a picture.”
How about you? What did you do yesterday? I hope you all had a good day!

Let's Talk About Our Family!
Hello! I hope that everyone is well! The students were working very hard last week reviewing all of the language that they have learnt this unit. P4 have been describing people.
They were telling me about their family members.
“My father is tall.”
“My sister is young.”
Then one student told me, “My teddy bear is very cool.”
I like that sentence!
Brilliant work to all of the hard-working Amity students! Ganbatte!

It has been a review week. In P5, the students compared many different vehicles.
“The bullet train is faster than the car.”
“Is the bullet train the fastest?”
“No, it isn’t. The airplane is the fastest.”
What is the fastest thing you have ever seen?

明日は英検の本会場受験です。
受験生の皆さん、用意は大丈夫ですか?
今まで勉強した問題集をしっかり復習して、明日はリラックスして試験にのぞみましょう!
You can do it!
Last week, the P9 students have been learning to talk about seeing strange things, like ghosts or UFOs.
One student told me that they once thought they saw a ghost when they were coming home from school! They were very scared!
What do you think? Have you ever seen something strange and mysterious?

The P4 students have been learning how to describe different people. I asked, “What does the doctor look like?” One student replied, “He is old and fat.” It was great English and very funny, but not very nice!
Can you describe how somebody you know looks?
Very well done to all of the Amity students working so hard this term.
