GWが終わって久しぶりにみなさんに会えてうれしいです☺
レッスンでGWに何をしたか聞いてみると、様々な答えが返ってきました！
・I went to Oita.
・I practiced basketball.
・I studied a lot.
・I played with my dog.
たくさんの思い出ができましたね(^^♪

Last week our P2 students learned the difference between "he" and "she"!
In English, we use "he" for boys. 👦
For example: "I have a brother. He is 5 years old."
For girls, we use "she." 👩
For example: "My friend bought a new dress. She really likes it."
We also practiced the question: "Who is he/she?"
We can answer by saying: "He/She is..."
For example: "Who is he?" → "He is David."
This is an easy language pattern which you can practice at home and at Amity!

小学校低学年のクラスではパソコンでお買い物の練習をしています。
キャラクターが言った金額を聞き取り、言われた金額のアイテムを買うことができていました！
また、nickleやdimeなど外国のお金を使って正しい金額を機械の中に入れることができていました。
お金の計算や外国の文化を学ぶ機会にもなりますね✨
Welcome back everyone! Classes will be starting up again today at Amity.
We are very excited to see all of you again and hear about all the things you did during Golden Week.
You can tell us about your holiday by using verbs in the past tense! For example:
"I went to the beach."
"I did my homework and rested."
"I played video games with my friends."
You can also ask your friends and teachers the question:
"What did you do during Golden Week?"
