先日、バレーボールを久々に行いました。
とてもいい運動になりましたが、筋肉痛にもなりました。
筋肉痛は英語で"muscle pain"といいます。
"muscle"が「筋肉」"pain"が「痛み」という意味でとてもシンプルな表現ですね。
その他にもいくつか表現があります。
気になることはぜひ調べてみてください。

I like to eat scrambled egg on toast with lots of black pepper.

In California we have a wild flower bloom in the summer! I have noticed in Japan different kinds of flowers bloom in each season My favorite flower season has been the hydrangeas blooming in June!
