画面に出てくる食べ物や動物を見てみんな真剣に悩んでいました。

In English, we use what we call 'idioms' a lot in daily conversation. My favorite idiom is, "that's a piece of cake" or "it's a piece of cake".
This is used when we are talking about something that is really easy to do.
A good example is you finish an easy homework assignment, you can say it was a piece of cake!

How have you been?
I have been happy recently because it has been very sunny recently.
In class this week with my P5 students, we will learn how to give an opinion.
For example, I think travelling is exciting.
We can try lots of new food and see lots of interesting buildings.
Do you think travelling is exciting?
I also think studying English can be exciting too!
It's fun to learn new words.
But sometimes it can be difficult too.

1月13日、14日で大学入試共通テストが行われました。
英語は昨年より語彙数が上がっていたり、物語文の登場人物が3人だったりと
さらに速読力・精読力が求められる試験となっていました。
どちらも一朝一夕で身に着くものではありません。
今から少しずつ準備をしていきましょう。

みなさん、こんにちは。
いよいよ2023年度第3回英語検定が近づいてきました。
今日は5級合格に向けて頑張る小学１年生Sくんのご様子をお伝えします。
始めは読むのに苦労していた長い単語も繰り返していくことで一人で読めるようになりました。
会話の問題を読むときも男の子と女の子で声を変えてとても楽しそうに音読をしていました。
合格に向けて頑張りましょう！
