💡 Fun English Fact: Do you know what "Forest Bathing" means? 🗣️🚶♂️
In English, we borrowed this idea from the Japanese phrase Shinrin-yoku (森林浴)! It doesn’t mean taking a literal bath in the woods.
It means relaxing in nature, breathing in the fresh air, and letting the quiet trees wash away all your stress!
For many people, it’s a weekend hike, a walk through a local park, or just sitting under a big tree with a good book. 🌲📕
