In most countries, Mother's Day is celebrated annuallly on the second Sunday in May. This year, Mother's day will be celebrated on May 12th.

Mother’s Day is a celebration that takes place in many countries around the world. Although there are exceptions, in general mothers are an important figure and a fundamental pillar in everyone’s life. They are not only the ones who gave birth to us, but also the ones who raised us with love and understanding, putting our needs before their own in many cases. 👩‍👧‍👦

Mother's Day recognizes mothers, motherhood and maternal bonds in general, as well as their positive contributions to their families and society. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Popular observances include holiday card and gift giving, churchgoing often accompanied by the distribution of carnations, and family dinners.

Today is TEACHER'S DAY!!! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Teachers’ Day is observed on the first Tuesday of the first full week of May (May 7th).
Let's show appreciation to those who have taught us.

Everyone has had that favorite teacher that has helped inspire them. This day is meant to honor them.

Our greatest tool is knowledge and teachers are the purveyors of it. Teaching is an age-old profession.

Everyone from Albert Einstein to Aristotle were educators that have affected the world on a scale that’s immeasurable.
There’s a need to keep this legacy of continued knowledge going so that we may learn and grow from it.

Today is Constitution Memorial Day (憲法記念日, Kenpō Kinenbi). This day celebrates the enactment of the 1947 Constitution of Japan. It is a part of the collection of holidays known as Golden Week.

Constitution Memorial Day is a time to reminisce the events of Japan's history.

How will you spend this day?

Please remember to study English during your time away from Amity using your self-study drill books.
Remember try to complete 10 pages during the week off and you will be rewarded with 2 stickers for the current stamp rally (pets).

May Day is a public holiday celebrated on May 1 in many different cultures around the world. It is a day of unity, togetherness, and rebirth; a day for everyone to come together and celebrate life as we know it!

Today, May Day is very popular! It is known as an official holiday in 66 countries and unofficially celebrated in more countries.

May 1, as well as the entire month, is a time of flowers blooming, trees returning to life, birds singing, and animals coming out of hibernation.

Nature becomes beautiful again!

全クラス1週間レッスンがございませんので、家庭学習ドリル、オンデマンドなどで家庭学習をお願いいたします。
