Making mistakes is a natural part of learning English. When we practice English in class, it is normal for everyone to make mistakes sometimes. However, if you want to avoid making too many mistakes, you can always ask for help.
Here are some ways you can ask for help:
- Can you help me please?
- Could you give me a hand?
- I need some assistance.
- I'm not sure about this. Can you show me?
It's always a good idea to ask for help, but remember, it's okay to make mistakes too.

Recently, my junior high school and high school students have been learning about different clubs and teams. Most of my students have club activities every day after school. Some students have track and field practice early in the morning. Other students have brass band practice for many hours a day during their vacation. I am always impressed by their dedication to improving their talents as well as their school work. Even though my students sometimes feel tired, they always try their best in class and are happy to learn English. I am so proud of them!

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
In England when something is easy we like to say: 'easy peasy lemon squeezy!'.
I said this to one of my junior high students when she got a great score on a listening test. She said 'hmmmmm, no, not squeezy!'
It made me giggle!
Good luck to all of our students doing TOEIC exams! I hope that the test is easy peasy lemon squeezy!

What should we buy for mom?
Let's go to a restaurant!
What does Mom like?
Meat 🥩? Fish🐟? Ice cream🍦?
What should we buy for Mom?
Mom likes eating ice cream. I think that we should buy her a Sundae!
What would you buy for your mom at a resteraunt?

My junior high school students have been learning about school festivals.
Some of my students wanted to participate in brass band performances or sports meets. It seems like a lot of fun. But most of my students would like to run a concession stand. Candy apples and fried potatoes were the most popular festival treats. I don't think I would make any money if I ran a concession stand because I would eat all the delicious food.
What is your favorite thing to do at your school festival?

Recently, my kindergarten students have been learning about things you can do at the playground.
It seems that everyone likes to run, skip and jump rope. However, I was surprised when some of my students told me that they like to water the flowers, and play hide and seek at the playground. When we play games, young students easily remember the difficult words. It's very impressive.
I like playing on the swings at the playground. How about you?

TOEIC、TOEIC Bridge
