Hello everyone,

I have a third grade elementary student who has been taking interactive lessons this year.

At the beginning of the year,
he struggled to identify letters in the alphabet.

However, through a year of hard work and dedication,
he has seen amazing improvement in his phonics skills.

Now, not only can he identify capital and lower case letters at random,
but he can also listen to the sound and write the correct letter. I am so proud of
all the progress he has made!

Let's improve our English at Amity!

こんにちは！アミティー富山校です。

3月も後半に入り、1年間のコース修了まで後少しとなりました。
アミティーでは、1年間の学習を終えた生徒さんに修了証をお渡ししています。

パソコンを使ったインタラクティブレッスンでも、
英語単語をスペリングする上でとても大切な
フォニックスの学習を行います！

お魚の絵の下に　＿ i ＿ ＿ と空欄が表示され、その中に入るアルファベットを
見つけ出すアクティビティーがありますが、
小学校低学年の生徒様は「フ、フ」と言いながら
fを最初に当てはめることができるようになりました♪

また、二文字子音と少しレベルが上がった「ｓｈ」の発音も、
「シュ、シュ」と言いながらきちんとshを見つけることもできています！

このような学習を続けられた結果、
今では1人で"shrimp" "jacket" "pocket"などを
正しい並びでスペリングすることができるようになりました☀

フォニックスを学習することで、
頭では発音が分かっているのにスペルが分からない・・・！
という悔しい気持ちになる経験を無くせます！

小1からアミティーを始めたHちゃん！
日本人会話+インタラクティブレッスン、小6からは外国人会話+文法レッスンの週2受講を継続し、

So many students have improved over the school year.
One in specific is our third-year junior high school student!
At the beginning, she had a hard time thinking of the right words to say when having a conversation,
but now she can take almost a whole ten minutes just talking about anything without stopping!
Having conversations with her is so fun.
Her spelling has also greatly improved! She barely has any mistakes now!
It has been wonderful seeing her grow!

My 8th grade students were really timid and shy at the beginning of this school year.
But now they are able to ask follow-up questions with regards to the lesson topic.
They are also able to write their own opinion using the sentence pattern as a guide and provide their own vocabulary example other than what is written in the textbook/workbook.
These kinds of written activities are found in our Amity original lesson materials that can help not only to practice daily conversation but also with language proficiency test like Eiken, TOEFL, TOEIC & TOEIC Bridge, etc.

４月時点ではまだ単語での発話だった年中の生徒さんも、３月のレッスンではI like ○○とフルセンテンスで言えるように！
また、What's this?という声かけに対してIt's～.と完結した文章で答えることが出来ていました。
on, in, underの前置詞も正しく理解できていて、表現の幅がこれからどんどん広がっていきますね。

Hello, everyone!

It's almost the end of the term, so we're about to give certificates to those who have finished the school year!
A kindergarten student who has been coming to Amity since she was a baby has made a big progress this year!

As a benefit of coming to Amity for years, she has learned a lot of vocabulary words and can easily recall those words that she has learned recently.
She already knows a ton of vocabulary and has strong listening skills.
As one of the older students in class, her classmate would look up to her and follow her lead during the drilling section.

Doing her homework right after the lesson has been a part of her routine.
She would usually do her homework at the lobby while waiting for her mom to pick her up after the lesson.

0歳からアミティーに通ってくれている現小学校2年生！
小2で4級に合格しました☆

ずっと「外国人会話+日本人会話」のデュアルコース（週2）でご通学されていらっしゃいます！
英会話の基礎を学べる日本人会話では「読む」「書く」力を伸ばし、外国人会話ではネイティブの発音や表現に触れ、実践的な会話力を養うことができます。

I would like to share about my 10th grade Senior High school student.

This student has been coming to Amity since he was a baby.
With the support of his parents and teachers he is able to have an amazing time learning English here at Amity. This student has a bright personality and likes to ask questions on and off topic.

At his age, he was already able to pass the Pre-1st grade of the Eiken.
We were really happy and surprised.
I guess the moral story here is that success does not happen overnight and I think with a lot of of hard work anything is possible!
