Cheese souffle is a popular pastry for its light and airy consistency. It also has a good balance of sweetness and cheesy flavor to it. It's like another way to enjoy cheese where you won't feel as guilty, because even if you can taste a fair amount of cheese,  it's not just cheese but also butter and milk. Who doesn't love that? 😶‍🌫️ It's also so nice to have with hot chocolate or coffee for its pair. 🥰 If you love the sound of that, then I think today is a nice day to give it a try because it's NATIONAL CHEESE SOUFFLE DAY!  🧀
