Have you ever watched the Pixar movie, Coco (Remember Me)? It is about the  Day of the Dead or locally known as Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday where families welcome back the souls of their deceased loved ones for a short reunion. This is often celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. Sugar skulls, pan de muertos and mole negro are some popular food choices in this season.
