Do you like to do house chores?

This week in our elementary school students class we learned about different kinds of chores. The students practiced saying phrases like: "cleaning our rooms, loading the washing machine, emptying the dishwasher, feeding the cat, cleaning the futon, wiping the table"
The students talked about what kind of chores they do at home! They were able to express themselves well with English. Some said they don`t like washing the dishes while other said they enjoy cleaning their rooms!

It`s finally July which means its the start of many fireworks festivals around Japan! Fireworks or hanabi in Japanese are often watched together with family and friends.
People usually come dressed in their traditional yukata and bring snacks to watch the fireworks. I really enjoy watching fireworks, they are so beautiful and colorful!
