Our Adult Conversational classes
On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have some adult conversational classes. In these classes we have lots of conversations about life in general. They get to practice their conversational skills and we also dive deeper into different topics. We also read certain texts and get to discuss them. This is a good opportunity to ask questions and find out meanings of different words. We share a lot of laughs as we share funny stories that have happened too!

The dynamic P4 Saturday class!
On Saturdays, we have our dynamic P4 class. They are ever so energetic and always keep the class lively. We start the lesson by singing the hello song and asking how they are. We then do a raffle in a cup where they select a random color with their eyes closed and this will be their star for the rest of the lesson. We try to reach the end goal where they get more then 1 sticker. They really enjoy the reinforcement activities and the 3 times fast. They are able to repeat after me and they can now ask and answer separately. They support each other in class, when one learner is not feeling well they understand. They are a pleasure to teach!

フォニックスとは、英語の「文字」と「音」の関係の法則を学ぶ学習法です。
それぞれの文字が持つ音を学ぶことで、知らない英単語でも「音」からスペルを推測したり、自ら正しく発音ができるようになります。
英語圏で子どもが読み書きを学ぶ際に使用されている教育法です。
フォニックスには様々なルールがあり習得には時間が必要とされますが、英語にはとっても大切な基礎力。

Enthusiastic Students in a P3 Group Class
On Tuesdays, there is a P3 Group class which has three active students. H, I, and K follow Classroom English and lesson flow well. They enjoy taking turns in playing the reinforcement games. They can repeat and read aloud some language patterns after their teacher. However, when doing 3xFast with an activity, they only prefer two activities, such as running around their chairs and sitting on them as fast as they can or playing catch with their classmates. Sometimes they can say the language patterns properly, but when the sentences are longer, there are times that they tend to say only the catchy words. Overall, they keep on practicing their English skills in this class.
On Wednesday, we have our energetic P5 class with S and R and they love it so much. You will hear a lot of laughter and shouting during this lesson because of the fun activities we do. They can get really competitive when doing the activities but they always end up helping each other. This shows that they enjoy team work which makes the classroom environment a good place.
