For this fall season, we are glad to introduce a new main game which is called Reader Rabbit Learn to Read with Phonics to our students. This game focuses on improving student's phonics and reading skills. Each student has to find words with a certain phonetic sound like "Mm". Then, the student has to complete a listening game wherein he/she has to listen to the speaker to be able to choose and click the correct words. Once he/she finished the listening game, an interactive book will appear. Each student has to click the pages on the book and repeat the words or sentences that the speaker said out loud. Moreover, while reading the book, each student has to answer the worksheet related to the phonetic sound. When the student completed the book, he/she will receive the letter as a prize and this is a sign for them to move on to the next letter and phonetic sound.

小学校での英語学習のレベルが高くなっていることに合わせて、ここ数年幼児さんのお問い合わせ数が増えております。

アミティーの幼児クラスではどんなことを学習するの？

英語に限らずどんなことも吸収することができる４～６歳児さん！
アルファベット、数字、色、天気、を文章で練習
またWhat's this? (これは何？)It's a〇〇./Here you are. Thank you.　など、会話の基本・英語の基礎を学んでいただけるレッスンカリキュラムになっています。

繰り返し同じ表現を違った場面や形式で練習をするので、自然と楽しく身に着けることができます。
またおうちでもご視聴いただけるレッスン動画があるので、レッスン前後で予習復習に役立てて頂くことができます。

On Thursdays, there is a P9 Group class which consists of two quick-witted students. The class starts with a conversation about interesting events that happened to their school or everyday life. After that, they answer one of the pages in their books, Listening Quest III. This book helps them to improve their reading skills. If they make a few mistakes, the teacher gives them one more chance to choose the correct answer together. Hereafter, the main lesson starts which involves two language patterns that can be used for engaging in conversations in real-life situation in English. Before the class ends, it is a must for them to complete their L&A Light book wherein they can also learn certain dialogues from the lesson topic. As a result, they always try their best to make their own dialogues with each other.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have some adult conversational classes. In these classes we have lots of conversations about life in general. They get to practice their conversational skills and we also dive deeper into different topics. We also read certain texts and get to discuss them. This is a good opportunity to ask questions and find out meanings of different words. We share a lot of laughs as we share funny stories that have happened too!

On Saturdays, we have our dynamic P4 class. They are ever so energetic and always keep the class lively. We start the lesson by singing the hello song and asking how they are. We then do a raffle in a cup where they select a random color with their eyes closed and this will be their star for the rest of the lesson. We try to reach the end goal where they get more then 1 sticker. They really enjoy the reinforcement activities and the 3 times fast. They are able to repeat after me and they can now ask and answer separately. They support each other in class, when one learner is not feeling well they understand. They are a pleasure to teach!
