What does your country's flag mean?
Flags represents a country or a nation. Nowadays, certain communities or organizations also have their own flags to symbolize
their unity as a group. A flag is designed with specific meanings for its colours and symbols. Today, I want to tell you
about the flag of my country.
This is the flag of the Philippines!
The 3 stars represents the 3 main islands: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The Sun represents our freedom and the 8 rays symbolizes the 8 regions that fought against Spain.
The color white stands for liberty and equality, blue stands for peace and the color red stands for courage.
How about the Japanese flag?
I am looking forward to hearing about what Japan's flag stands for.

Supplemental Lessons
We are currently having our supplemental lessons. It started after the Obon vacation up until next week, Thursday.
During these days, we will be using our COPY CHAT books.
For the pre-schoolers, we are using the COPY CHAT ORANGE book.
For the first - third graders, we are using the COPY CHAT BLUE book.
For the 4th-6th graders, we are using the COPY CHAT GREEN book.
Junior High School students will still use their WORKBOOKS. And the kindergarteners will be using their First Activity Books.
We are focusing more on English expressions during Supplemental Lessons. During these days, we encourage
students to read and write more. Grammar points and Reading Comprehension are focused on during Supplemental Lessons.
Please let your children watch the lesson videos and practice the English expressions we learned at home.
Also remember to bring your COPY CHAT Books.

Parents Classes for August
For the month of August, we are offering limited number of classes for Parents!
In these classes, we will talk and review about basic conversation questions.
It is the best way to check your current English skills and learn how to properly answer
these conversation questions. From simple questions like, "How are you?" to more challenging questions like,
"What does your child like doing on weekends?". Answer and learn at least 30 conversation questions.
We also have classes for parents who wants to study other topics or review for exams.
