Saffron is the worlds most expensive spice, this is because of the amount of labor required to ensure the plant is properly harvested. The flowers also only grow for a very short amount of time in fall and winter. They are very delicate and have to be harvested early in the morning before the sun damages them.

Steve Irwin (the crocodile hunter)
A beloved childhood hero, known as Steve Irwin, was an Australian man who was best known for his unique relationship with animals. The man, myth and legend spent his life educating people on different kinds of animals and how important and beautiful they are despite being terrifying. This aside he was also known for wrestling with crocodiles and alligators from time to time to show people just how dangerous they can be but also to show us the strength and beauty of these prehistoric animals.
Unfortunately, the legend that is Steve Irwin tragically passed away due to an unexpected encounter with a stingray. His death shocked and devastated millions of people but his son carries on the tradition and to this day educates the world on different species of animals at the zoo his father had founded.

Jellyfish are beautiful aquatic creatures that live in the oceans. Some are incredibly dangerous to humans while few are harmless.
Jellyfish are made up of 95% water, which is very hard to imagine but when you look at them it tends to make sense. They come in a wide variety of colors and some are even translucent. Jellyfish do not have brains, lungs or even hearts. This means that their purpose is mainly to reproduce, consume or be consumed, what a life!
Some jellyfish are even believed to be immortal because they are able to return to adolescence and regrow. Wouldn't that be a super power everyone would fight for.

Manatees are the friendliest animals in the world. These animals may seem intimidating due to their size but they have been studied and found to have no natural predators and do not engage in conflict like some animals.
Manatees have a unique brain that does not display any signs of aggression, in fact manatees have been known to either be very friendly towards humans or simply indifferent. There is even a belief that the period at which sailors believed they encountered mermaids at sea was actually manatees as they are eager to approach humans.
Manatees are endangered and some countries even have strict laws that forbid people from interacting or touching manatees. But there is no shortage of videos on the internet showing manatees being friendly and openly cuddling humans who by law are not allowed to hold them back.
