This week, we learned how to ask our friends for their opinion when going shopping. Students had fun choosing different clothing items and asking their friends what they think of it.

The weather has relatively gotten warmer and the roses here in Fukuyama are in full bloom. It is a nice chance to spend a nice day out with family and friends this weekend for the Rose Festival. Let us know how it goes if you do attend!

How was your Golden Week? I had a fulfilling time with family and friends back home in the Philippines and the week flew by fast.
I also ate a lot of delicious food that are difficult to find here in Japan, like Sisig, which is a popular Filipino dish typically made from fried pig parts mixed with chicken liver, onions, chili peppers, and calamansi. It is served on a hot sizzling plate, and it is a savory, tangy, and crunchy delicacy!
