After a full week of rest and recharging, Koi Amity is open again for classes! We are all excited to hear everyone's stories about their Golden Week vacation. We surely would love to hear about what activities you did and the food you tried. I am pretty sure everyone has great stories to tell! I also hope that you tried using English as much as you can during the vacation. Make sure you're ready to tell your teachers your awesome stories in English. We look forward to seeing you today!

Remember your classmates are here to help too. I want everyone to pay attention to how their classmates behave and study English in class. Look to those students that are giving their best effort every week, and think how can I do the same. Trust me, the more you try, the better you’ll do. The students with the biggest effort, also find English to be the most fun!
Hello everyone! How's your Golden Week so far? It's been a few days and I hope everyone is having an awesome vacation! When you take a break from studying a language, you lose some of your progress. We advice everyone to still continue to alot a time each day to use English. Parents can try to speak simple English while traveling. You can ask questions like "What food do you want?", or "Do you want ice cream?", or "Let's go to the zoo!". You can have your children practice some sentences, too. Together you can practice phrases like "I want some apples.", or "Milk, please.". There are so many ways to use English during the vacation so children won't forget about it. We hope you'll still watch the video lessons if you have the time, too. We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, 5/6!

Gyouza Festival in Hiroshima
Do you love eating Gyouza? I sure do! Gyouza is one of the best foods I love from Japan. Although I haven't made my own gyouza, I love buying the frozen ones from the supermarket. Speaking of gyouza, the Gyouza festival happening in Hiroshima Gate Park made me so excited. I can't wait to try different types of craft gyouzas from all over the world! I heard there will also be sweets booths and music! Definitely, it is an event that the whole family can enjoy. If I see you there, please feel free to say hi to me and speak in English.
