Happy Halloween! 👻🦇🧟⚰️
Hello Mito Amity students and family! (o´▽o)ノ
Happy Halloween part 4! This is the last segment of this month`s Halloween series. Today, we will be talking about Halloween in Japan!
Japanese people did not adopt every aspect of this month`s spooky holiday, but they did adopt the spooky fun aspect of dressing in costume! People typically dress up and celebrate in bars, street parties, or with family and friends at home! While there is no candy being passed out, many stores have seasonal treats in Halloween`s colors of orange, purple, and black. There are also various Halloween events at theme parks such as Disneyland and Universal Studios.
From Friday October 25th to Thursday October 31st, you can wear your Halloween costume to Amity! If you have no costume or Halloween-themed clothes, wear something orange, purple, or black. Let`s have fun this Halloween week together! We look forward to seeing you in your next Amity lesson!
Sincerely,
Your English Teachers at Mito Amity ☆⌒(≧▽° )
