☀️Summer in the Philippines ☀️
There are only two seasons in the Philippines.
We call them the "Wet Season" which is also known as rainy season, and the "Dry Season" which we also refer to as summer.
During the Wet Season, numerous typhoons come and the weather is cooler. Rainy season ☔ starts around June and lasts until November.
From December to May comes summer ☀️. Especially for the months of April and May, the weather tends to be scorching hot 🌞 in the Philippines, to more reason why many families go the beach to beat the summer heat. April and May is also the summer vacation for schools so this is one of the busiest times in the country, people would go to beaches, pool resorts, or hang out at the mall. There are a lot of huge shopping malls in the Philippines where you can stroll while you shop and cool down from the heat.
Philippines is an archipelago, which means that it contains a chain or group of islands scattered in lakes, rivers, or the ocean. And that is why even though the summer there is really hot, Philippines is blessed with hundreds of islands, and countless white sand and crystal clear water beaches ⛱️ where you can make the most out of your summer.
