In Japan, I have heard that volunteerism sometimes happen quietly - like picking up litter, helping in local festivals, or supporting during disasters. It is seen as a natural way to care for the community.
In the Philippines, we also have what we call "Bayanihan spirit" where people come together to help one another especially in times of need like typhoons or community outreach.
Both cultures show that true volunteerism doesn`t need rewards or recognition - just kindness, teamwork, and a heart that`s willing to help.

Do you believe in superstitions?
This week, our Senior high school students are expected to have a very interesting discussion about superstitions and whether or not they believe in it.
What are superstitions?
They are traditional beliefs that certain actions or signs can bring good luck or bad luck. Even if there is no scientific proof, many people still follow them (just in case!)
