ENGLISH GUIDE: What is a VERB?
VERB
Meaning: A word that describes an action.
Example:
eat - I eat fruits daily.
sleep - I sleep at 9 p.m. every night.
To describe a person doing an action at the time of speaking, we add +ing to the base form of the verb.
Example:
eat - She is eating ice cream.
read - Jon is reading a book.
The form of the verb changes depending on the tense/time.
Present: eat - She eats salad for lunch.
Past: ate - She ate salad for lunch yesterday.
Future: will eat - She will eat salad for lunch tomorrow.

Pinocchio is a very much loved character by many children and even adults who are children at heart. The film talks about an old woodworker, who created a wooden toy in a shape of a boy. Being a kind person, a blue fairy granted the old man's wish for a son and turned the wooden toy into a real boy. However, the boy must not tell a lie or else, his nose would grow longer.
Will Pinocchio remain honest? Will he remain a real boy forever? Watch and discover!
