今週からどのクラスも新しい単元に入りました！
小学校高学年クラス（日本人教師担当）では、3単元のSを使った表現を学習しています。
いつ動詞にSがつくのか、文法を教えることはしませんし、日本語で解説もしません。
英会話を通して、生徒自身が繰り返し発話をしながら、いつSが必要になるのかに気づいていきます。
そうすることで、ネイティブの子と同様に自分で理解して使える英語を学んでいただいています。
やはり言語の違いの難しさはありますが、ただお勉強の英語学習ではなく、英会話として文法もコツコツ楽しく学んでいくことで「嫌い」「難しい」を感じさせません。

Let`s get to know a Cartoon Character: WINNIE THE POOH
Winnie-the-Pooh s a fictional anthropomorphic teddy bear created by English author A. A. Milne and English illustrator E. H. Shepard.
It first appeared by name in a children's story commissioned by London's Evening News for Christmas Eve 1925. The character is inspired by a stuffed toy that Milne had bought for his son Christopher Robin in Harrods department store, and a bear they had viewed at London Zoo.
Winnie-the-Pooh appears to have a yellow-orange/mustard yellow color and wears a red shirt. He has a lot of friends like Piglet, Eeyore, Roo, Owl, Kanga, Tigger and a boy named Christopher Robin.
