毎週火曜日12：00～12：30でレッスンに来てくれているMちゃん
最近、HelloとSee youを覚えてくれて、笑顔で手を振ってくれるようになりました👏

レッスンの中でも、先生の顔をじっと見ながら、よくお話を聞いてくれています。
お母様からも、「一緒にレッスンで英語を学んでお家でも英語で話しかけてあげることが増えました」とおっしゃっていました✨
アミティーで、そしてご家庭で英語に触れていくことで、英語を日本語と同じように学んでいただけます。

アミティーで英語を始めて頂くことが多い1つの学年は6ヶ月のお子様です。
年中さんや小学1年生のタイミングで英語を始めてくださる方も多いですが、やはりBabyのうちから英語を耳にしている子はその後のリスニング力、発音が全く異なります。

お仕事復帰をされるまで受講をされる方もいらっしゃいます。

Let's talk about more color meanings in English speaking countries!

Last time, we talked about the color yellow. Today, we're looking at blue. Some of the meanings include harmony, intelligence, calmness, and sadness. In English speaking countries, it is also the color that the most people say is their favorite! Is this one your favorite? Are the meanings the same in Japan? Let your teacher know what you think!

小学生低学年の日本人教師担当クラスは、今週は「現在進行形」に取り組んでいきました✨

始めはなんでplayingになるのか、cookingになるのか、？？？な様子も見られましたが、
2回、3回とレッスンを進めていく中で、“今”がポイントだということにも気づいてくれました。

日本人教師のクラスは、4回のレッスンを1つのセットとし、進めていきます。
肯定文、否定文、疑問文、と少しずつ復習もしながら進めていくことで確実な力となっていきます。

いよいよ来週は4回目の総復習です！
これまでに習った単語はしっかりと覚えてくれていますね？
どんどん発表をしてくれることを信じています😊

We all have our favorite colors. But what do they mean? You probably know what the colors mean in Japanese, so today, let's talk about how they are used in English speaking countries!

Today, let's start with red. This color is usually associated with strong emotions! They can be passion, anger, love, heat, and many others, but all of them are strong! Does that sound the same as how Japan sees it? Share your favorite color with your teacher!

Have you found a series that is interesting for you, yet? I hope you have! And I hope that you are finding new vocabulary, too. But remember new vocabulary can be difficult!

Have you heared of "spaced repitition"? Even if not, you probably know all about flashcards! Making, practicing, and reviewing the cards some time later is the best way to remember new vocabulary. If you remember the word correctly, you do not need to practice again for some time! If you have forgotten the card, you should review it again the next time you study! It really is that simple. Just one more piece of advice: When you write down new vocabulary, write it down in a common phrase!
